Zergatik da botika bat zaila

Zeliakia gaixotasun autoimmuneen artean propietate arraroa du: eragilea ezaguna da eta kendu daiteke. Hori oso baldintza altua ezartzen du — botika orok seguruagoa eta erosoagoa izan behar du glutenik ez jatea baino, tratatuta ez dagoen populazio batean. Transglutaminasa 2 inhibizioa

Tissue transglutaminasa gluten peptidoak modu batean aldatzen ditu, immunogenicitate handiagoa emanez — gaixotasun mekanismoaren erdigunean dagoen entzima da eta diagnostikatzeko erabiltzen den antigorputzaren helburua. Hori blokeatzea mekanikoki elegantea da. Entzimaren degradazioa

Glutenasa batek glutenaren apurtzea helburu du, urdailan, heste meharra iritsi aurretik. Ingeniaritza arazoa larritasuna da: ogi normal baten aurka babesteko, entzima gramo proteinak degradatu behar ditu ingurune azidoan epe laburrean. Zenbait hautagai txikizko kantitateen aurka jarduera erakutsi dute, baina esposizio errealistaren aurka babesa ez dute demostratu. In vivo gluten-degradatzaile jarduera duten probiotiko prestaketen gaineko lana hurbilketa ilustratzen du.

Probiotikoak

Zeliakia gaixotasunaren probiotikoen inguruko probatu kontrolatuen sistematikoki azterketa eta meta-analisi bat existitzen da eta ez du erabilera ohikoaren aldeko ebidentziarik ematen.
