Kezelések a gluténmentes diétán túl

Több megközelítés eljutott a randomizált vizsgálatokig.

A probiotikus készítmények in vivo gluténlebontó aktivitásával kapcsolatos munka illusztrálja a megközelítést.

Probiotikumok

A vizsgálatok vegyes eredményeket hoztak.
  • Cytokin blokkolás. A refrakter betegségre irányul, nem a szokásos cöliákiára [7].
  • Vakcina.
